Our process begins with an initial Advice Session. Your lawyer will talk with you in detail about your circumstances, building a picture of your case. They will then advise you on your best options for your UK visa application.
This session can take place in person, over the phone or via Skype.
Following the Advice Session, you will receive written confirmation of everything discussed. This includes a list of possible evidence you can provide. Your lawyer will then begin building your evidence portfolio and completing your application form(s). They will keep you updated at all times and will notify you when it is time to submit to the Home Office/Entry Clearance Office.
Once submitted, your lawyer will manage all contact with officials should they have any further queries.
This depends entirely on you. We will begin working on your UK visa application as soon as you send the required documentation.
If there is anything missing, or your evidence is insufficient for any reason, we will alert you immediately. If you are finding it difficult to source certain documents, we can advise you on how to do this.

There are no additional costs or hidden fees. The fee you are quoted for your application is all that you will pay.
During the initial Advice Session, your lawyer will discuss the application fee with you. Any government/Home Office fees which come separately will also be covered. All our fees are transparent and clear from the start.
You can complete any UK visa application yourself.
However, many of the applications for visas in the UK are complex, stressful and time-consuming. Using our service will allow you to avoid as much of the stress as possible.
Many of our clients come to us after unsuccessfully applying themselves. They often prefer to enlist the services of an organization such as ourselves to get it right the first time. This avoids the risk of multiple fees for multiple applications.
As part of our application service, your lawyer will provide a Letter of Representation. This is a detailed legal document which will describe your case and its merits. It cites relevant UK immigration law which indicates why your application should be accepted. We will also liaise with the Home Office/Entry Clearance Office.
