The IAS Visa Wizard is the easy way to find the correct visa for you
Joginder was a Kenyan National who had been working in the UK for several years on a Tier 2 General Work Visa.
Although he was offered an extension on his contract, Joginder was curious to see if he had any other options and if he could study in the UK instead.
With this in mind, he found our website online, read our reviews and spoke with our Enquiries Team over the phone.
Our Enquiries Team quickly determined that Joginder was eligible for a Tier 4 Student Visa and could apply for it whilst he was in the UK. He was informed that he would need Confirmation of Acceptance of Study (CAS) and was given a list of universities that could supply these.
After a few days of enquiring with different universities, he found one that would offer him his CAS.
It was then that Joginder came back to IAS and arranged an Advice Session with one of our lawyers.
The lawyer took detailed notes on his circumstances, wrote out a full list of written instructions and supplied him with the required documents.
Joginder requested that we represent him fully for his application, so we took full ownership of his case.
We successfully secured Joginder’s visa on his behalf, which allowed him to make arrangements to relocate in the UK and prepare for his new course.
We informed him that this would count towards his Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK as his time here would be considered unbroken.
