The IAS Visa Wizard is the easy way to find the correct visa for you
At IAS, we offer an Application Checking Service for those who have completed the Visa Application process themselves.
It is highly advised that you use the services of an immigration professional to complete your application. However, we are happy to help with checking a completed application before you apply.
One of our highly-skilled lawyers will check every detail on the application forms. They will also review your evidence to ensure everything is present and sufficient.
We have experience in all types of visa applications, so we can advise you based on your circumstances. We will suggest amendments and common pitfalls specific to your type of visa.
With our Document Check service, your lawyer will thoroughly review your evidence before you submit your application.
The package includes:
We usually allow a day for a lawyer to review your documents. This work can only begin once the lawyer has received your entire application and copies of your supporting evidence.
Our lawyers aim to provide feedback on the same day as completing the check. This will allow you the most time to source any further documents or make amendments before your submission.
At IAS, the fee we quote for our services is the only fee you will pay. We do not charge hourly so there will be no hidden professional fees expected of you.
If your lawyer feels that the Application Package would be of more use to you, they will suggest this when you meet with them and advise you on the cost. You are under no obligation to use this service.
Comprehensive immigration advice tailored to you, with written confirmation
Full assistance throughout your entire application process
A premium service which allows your application to take priority position in your lawyer's workload
